Mayor Jeri Muoio and the City of West Palm Beach hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating renovations of the property known as the Inez Peppers Lovett house, a one-story frame vernacular single-family house built in the 1930’s located in the Coleman Park neighborhood. The City of West Palm Beach, utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, has restored the historic house for future generations. The property is under contract to be sold and occupied by the Jackson family, first-time homebuyers living in Coleman Park.
