One of West Palm Beach's historic neighborhoods is getting a long-awaited renovation in the historic northwest district. Within sight of Heart and Soul Park was a block of run-down homes in need of some tender loving care.

Mayor Jeri Muoio and the City of West Palm Beach hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating renovations of the property known as the Inez Peppers Lovett house, a one-story frame vernacular single-family house built in the 1930’s located in the Coleman Park neighborhood.
